We seek an enthusiastic, data-driven User Acquisition Manager to bolster our team’s growth. You’ll spearhead the promotion of dynamic mobile games, working closely with our marketing team in Riyadh and Barcelona. Your role involves crafting engaging campaigns to expand our player base and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance KPIs for insights.
  • Create marketing messages and briefs, overseeing content localization.
  • Optimize app store assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct AB testing for advertising and app store creatives.
  • Drive player engagement through innovative initiatives.
  • Assist game studios with product management and marketing-related features.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile gaming.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and mobile ad networks.
  • Blend of data-driven and creative mindset, with a knack for deriving insights from diverse data sources.
  • Strong sense of urgency, prioritization skills, and a growth mindset.
  • Motivated, self-starting attitude with strong ethics and reliability.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Fluent in English for seamless international collaboration.
