New AAA development studio, founded by 10 extremely talented individuals in their fields, and backed by one of the 5 largest gaming groups worldwide.

In the process of developing a best-in-class 3rd. person shooter, expected to be the next big hit.

We’re looking for a top-notch Art Director:

• Proficient in both 2d concept art as well as 3d art
• Proficient in creating concepts for characters, environments, and objects
• Works well in modern stylized art style / understands PBR (physics-based-rendering) for lighting & materials
• Ideally: Has experience working with Unreal Engine
• Can lead an art team and communicate feedback well to the team in a respectful and efficient way
• Can take direction well and work with the Creative Director to craft a unique art style that fits well with the direction of the game
• Experience as an Art Director may be preferred, but ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is highly skilled and passionate about creating an art style that is new and intensely appealing (possibly Senior/Principal Artists who have a lot of experience “getting their hands dirty” across all areas of art production).
