We’re partnering with a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of gaming, fintech, payments, and consumer entertainment in the US to hire a Finance Director.

This role will own the financial operating system behind a rapidly scaling business, working closely with leadership across Finance, Growth, Product, Payments, and Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial operations & reconciliations

• UA budget management & growth finance

• Cash flow forecasting & treasury operations

• KPI reporting & forecasting

• Financing & repayment tracking

• Provider, vendor & payment partner settlements

Requirements:

• 4–8+ years in FinOps, FP&A, Growth Finance, Strategic Finance, Treasury, Payments Ops, or similar

• Strong analytical and operational mindset

• Experience managing transaction-heavy environments

• Strong understanding of cohort economics, CAC, ROAS, payback, and cash forecasting

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Ability to build processes and reporting structures from scratch

Nice to have:

• Gaming / iGaming / fintech / consumer app experience

• Experience with UA financing, venture debt, or lender reporting

• Familiarity with payment processors, reconciliations, chargebacks, BI tools, SQL, or dashboarding platforms
