We are looking for an FP&A Lead to build and lead the forecasting and financial analytics activities at Sandsoft. You’ll be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, the analysis of the accounting data at each closing, and providing insightful conclusions to the Leadership Team. You will report to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycle policies for efficiency
• Collaborate with Data Team to identify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights KPIs to improve business decisions
• Implement relevant tools for the division, to collect data, streamline data processing and give access to modern presentations of the selected key metrics to stakeholders
• Ensure budgets, forecasts, and BPs data are communicated to stakeholders with insightful comments
• Structure Cost and Profits Centers for budgeting and PnL reporting
• Establish financial dashboards for the group and each member of the Leadership Team, and ensure continuous quality data entries and availability
• Provide insightful comments on monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Provide games’ financial performance conclusions
• Provide UA financial performance conclusions
• Develop insightful suggestions for sourcing, cost reduction, and strategic business decisions
• Ad-hoc requests pertaining to FP&A
• Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in leading a complex, project-based, FP&A division
• Experienced in setting up FP&A function from scratch
• Experience in the gaming industry, ideally mobile and F2P
• Experienced in multi-country – multi entities environments is mandatory
• Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree
• Strong Data Analysis skills
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Great understanding of accounting and cash flows principles
