Responsibilities:
● Drive the various data initiatives for UA and mobile gaming growth
● Create, review and distribute regular performance reports based on core KPIs to key
stakeholders: UA managers, game managers and finance
● Manage and groom a team of data analysts, BI analysts and data engineers,
providing career oversight and mentorship
● Collaborate with VPs, Game Managers and Product Owners to build team roadmaps
and schedules and OKRs
● Gather requirements from complex initiatives and able to break down and generate
technical specs
● Ability to prioritize: establish metrics for determining ROI of any given project vs
development efforts
● Ability to both generate a vision and then get buy-in from both developers and
stakeholders.
● Build and help support our game teams in analyzing our player behaviours and build
new solutions to grow retention and monetization through live ops technology
● Work closely with our Growth team to consistently upgrade and enhance our UA
marketing, creatives & community Tech
Requirements:
● 3+ years experience in managing direct reports and leading a high-performing data
team which includes both engineers and BI analysts
● In-depth experience with advanced data mining tools, such as Tableau, R, Python
and with extensive SQL and Python skills. You must know SQL
● Must have experience with at least one data warehousing systems and be familiar
with others like Big Query, Spark, Databricks or Snowflake
● Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or computational field (ie, Math, Statistics,
Computer Science or an emphasis on quantitative methods or business analytics etc.)
ideally with a background in testing and modelling
● You are fluent in English, additional languages a plus
● Excellent communication skills: You must be able to present your ideas in a clear and
articulate manner.

developers
Nice to Haves:
● Previous experience in mobile gaming and or UA and advertising tech
● Databricks experience
● Experience with international markets, growth marketing a plus
